Delivery Information: Delivery Area We deliver to all of the MD and DE Beaches for a flat rate of $20.00 which includes delivery on your check in date and pick up on your check out date. The delivery fee will be added to your total during checkout Delivery: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on your check in date You do not need to be present at time of delivery or pickup. All items shall be delivered to your rental unit between: 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. * If you have not recevied your delivery by 5pm please give us a call to check the status on your delivery. All calls to report a problem must be made prior to 6pm. * No refunds are given for delayed delivery. * Every effort is made to deliver your order on time, during prime season delivery maybe delayed due to volume, traffic etc. * We ask for your patience and understanding. Pick Up: 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on your check out date You do not need to be present at time of pick up. All items shall be picked up from your rental unit between: 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please leave all items in the same location that they were delivered to you. Rental items must be ready for pickup by 9:00 a.m. on date of departure unless other arrangements are made in writing. Prior to your departure, ensure that rental items are accessible by our drivers. A $25 fee will be charged on the departure date if items are not retrievable by our drivers at any time after 9:00 a.m. |
