Rental Terms and Conditions

Products: Our online rental store allows you to preview our large variety of items, view photographs, review descriptions, and place your orders 24/7 at your convenience at www.ezbeachrentals.net. It is suggested that rental requests be made 2-3 weeks in advance allowing for selection and availability to be at its highest. All orders are subject to availability. Every attempt is made to ensure product descriptions are accurate; however, we are not responsible for errors in descriptions, change of product, or manufacturers. Products may change without notice.

Rental Property Information: Please review all information on your Order Confirmation to insure that it is correct. We DO NOT confirm the information with your property manager. Therefore, it is your responsibility to review the check-in date, check-out date, address, unit number, etc. Please call us immediately if there is a discrepancy.

Delivery: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM on your check-in date
You do not need to be present at time of delivery or pickup. All items will be delivered to your rental unit between: 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
EZ Beach Rentals DOES NOT have access to the inside of your rental unit. If you are not present for delivery, the delivery will be dropped off at your unit's front door.

A delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to your order at checkout, or you can pick up in store for free.

Any order needing same day delivery will be charged a $25 delivery fee; You must add RUSH DELIVERY to your cart. * No refunds are given for delayed delivery. Rush Deliveries may be made up to 10PM depending on volume.
* Every effort is made to deliver your order on time. During prime season, delivery maybe delayed due to volume, traffic, etc.
* We ask for your patience and understanding.

Pick Up: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM on your check-out date
You do not need to be present at time of pick up. All items shall be picked up from your rental unit between: 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. EZ Beach Rentals DOES NOT have access to the inside of your rental unit. If you are not present for pick up, your rentals need to be placed directly outside of your rental unit's front door. Please leave all items in the same location that they were delivered to you.
Rental items must be ready for pick up by 9:00 a.m. on check-out date unless other arrangements are made in writing. Prior to your departure, ensure that rental items are accessible to our drivers.
A $25 fee will be charged on the check-out date if items are not retrievable by our drivers at any time after 9:00 a.m.

Order Placement: Product availability will be guaranteed for orders placed 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Again, we recommend rental requests be made 2-3 weeks in advance allowing for selection and availability to be at its highest.

Additional Items upon Check in: We recommend making all additions to your order prior to your check-in day to guarantee availability. If you need extra items after your initial delivery, delivery is free for orders over $100.00, a $15 delivery fee is charged for orders below $100.00. Any order requiring same day delivery will incur a $25 delivery charge and you must add RUSH DELIVERY to your cart.


Cancellations: Cancellations without penalty must be made 2 weeks prior to check-in date. Cancellations made 2 -13 days prior to your check-in date will have a 25% ($10 minimum) cancellation fee assessed. We do not accept cancellations within 48 hours of check-in date and no refunds are available, but we will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value. No refunds are provided for inclement weather. Voluntary evacuations are not eligible for refunds. Days in which a mandatory evacuation is in effect are eligible for credit toward future rentals, upon a written request received by us, within 2 weeks from the date of the mandatory evacuation.

Satisfaction: EZ Beach Rentals, LLC. guarantees satisfaction. Upon check-in, renters must inspect all rental items for satisfactory condition. Unsatisfactory rental items must be reported to EZ Beach Rentals LLC within 24 hours of check-in time. If unsatisfactory rental items are not reported within 24 hours of check-in time, the renter will be held liable. If unsatisfactory rental items are reported, we will replace your item, offer alternative equipment of a comparable value, or offer a credit for a future rental. We do not give refunds for unsatisfactory rental items.

Cleaning and Return of Equipment: You will receive all items clean, in good condition and ready for use. At the end of your rental, all equipment must be rinsed, food free, and packed in their original packaging (if applicable) prior to pick up or return. Linens do not require cleaning, but must be placed back inside containers for pickup. Equipment returned that is not cleaned will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee per order.

Lessee Disclosure
: The Lessee acknowledges that Lessee has inspected the equipment and has determined that it is in good condition and suitable for the purpose for which it has been leased. The Lessee shall only use the property in the manner for which it is designed and intended to be used. Lessee assumes all responsibility for equipment while out of possession of lessor, and promises to return such equipment to the lessor in as good condition as it was at the effective date of the lease, natural wear from a responsible use expected. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of leased property. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair will be paid by the lessee at regular replacement price. All damaged equipment which may be repaired will be repaired by the lessor, on return thereof and the cost for such repairs shall be paid by the lessee. Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase price or cost of repairs of such damaged or lost equipment.

Lessee shall indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any and all claims, damages, or proceedings (including all costs, expenses, and attorney's fees) related to or arising out of Lessor's use or possession of the equipment. This equipment shall be used by the Lessee only. This writing contains and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. This lease agreement can only be modified by written agreement signed by both Lessor and Lessee. The Lessee represents that Lessee is at least eighteen (18) years of age and under no disability which will prevent Lessee from entering into this agreement. Lessee agrees not to part with or assign this lease or the equipment without the written consent of Lessor.

All equipment is used at Renter's risk. Renter understands that there exist certain risks of injury from the use or misuse of such items, including the potential risk of serious injury, disability, or death from the use of such items. Renter assumes all responsibility for rented equipment while in Renter's possession. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EZ Beach Rentals LLC. and their officers, shareholders, owners, operators, agents, and employees from any claim arising from renter's use, operation, or possession of the rented equipment. Under no circumstances will EZ Beach Rentals LLC. be held responsible for any damage to person or property, disability, injury or loss, including death, arising from the use of any rented equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
